Booking
The rental rates are per week, from Saturday to Saturday, except for the “Villa Paglia Orba” from Sunday to Sunday.
Possibility of short stays (2 persons – 3 nights minimum) from the beginning of February to mid-June 2023. Rates from 300 €/night.
Our rates include the supply of household linens: sheets and towels, kitchen towels and pool towels. The bed linens consist of a fitted sheet and a light duvet with cover.
Standard cleaning is included. For any stay of more than one week, an intermediate cleaning, without extra charge, will be carried out at the end of each week, including the change of sheets and towels, and floor cleaning.
Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the tenants.

Rental conditions
- Cleaning fee : 250€
- 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- The balance will be taken one month before your arrival. Payment by credit card.
- Any cancellations 60 to 30 days before, still requires 50% of the booking. If the cancellation is less than 30 days before the date of stay, full payment is required.
- The tourist tax is collected for the “Communauté de Communes” of the Pieve de l'Ornano (1,65€/day/person - Children under 18 are not concerned).
- Mandatory cancellation insurance is to be taken out with your insurance agent (check your home contract if this clause is mentioned in the holiday section).
- Deposit of 2000 € on arrival by credit card. The sum will only be debited if any damage is noted at the time of the inventory of fixtures on departure.
Special additional conditions
- 50€ for the loss of a key
- You have the possibility to have additional cleaning done during your stay on request. Cleaning service from Monday to Friday: 132 €/ service
- Pets are not accepted.
